Throughout her career Gabrielle has been passionate about working with great people, solving hard problems, and bringing big ideas to life.

Today, Gabrielle works at a start-up called Globality, that is working to transform how clients and agencies find each other.  In her role as the GM of the Marketing Vertical, Gabrielle has quickly scaled a team who have a diverse range of experience working in both agencies and client marketing organizations. Her team is responsible (among other things) for working with clients, building the worldwide Globality agency network, and developing content to train the product’s artificial intelligence.

Never content to take the more established path, Gabrielle has worked at three start-up agencies in her career, helping each one win key marquis accounts and develop into award-winning strategic and creative shops. Which means that almost every account Gabrielle has worked on, she also pitched and won.

Under her leadership the strategy team at twofifteen has grown from one single person (herself), to a thriving team of seven, that integrates Communications Strategy and Analytics capabilities into their offerings to clients. Before leaving, Gabrielle helped grow the agency from 25 people and one client in 2010 to 60 people and six fantastic clients.
